Open template – remove credit– image canvas size 800
x 800
Background - select all – open paper 11 c&p
into selection – select none – apply the mask – layers – merge group

right circle & top left circle – selection float – defloat - open paper 4 –
copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Smaller
rectangle – defloat - open paper 3 – copy & paste as new layer – selection
invert – delete – add drop shadow

circle – selection float – defloat - open paper 2– copy & paste as new
layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Open
element 45 ( black frame- resize width 250 – click inside the frame with magic
wand – selection modify – expand 4 – open paper 4 – paste as new layer –
selection invert – delete – layers arranve – move down – open hot rocker close
up resize 300 – copy and paste as new layer – delete – layers merge visible
