Steampunked Girl

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version should work).
Tube of choice
Mine is”Steampunk” made by ©Marc Duval
You may not use this tube without licence
Matching PTU scrap kit “Steampunk” made by Bibi’s Collection 
Both can buy on SATC
Template 12 by Dzines By Melz

Font of choice mine is Kingthings Pique'n'meex

Mask of choice
Drop shadow: 2 - 2 – 50 – 7

Lets get started…..!

Open template, delete credit & stars, resize width 600 – image canvas size 650 x 650 center

Highlight

Background – select all - open paper 13 – Paste into selection – select none - apply the mask – layers merge group
Layer 8 - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 10 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Do the same action with layer 8 copy
Layer 9 copy - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 13 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Layer 3 - select all – selection float – defloat – fload file with a nice gradient- add drop shadow
Do the same action with layer 3 copy
Layer 1 - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 1 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow

Open elements and resize (if needed):
Never work on the original design - always shift D
(Be careful when you resize or rotate it is sometimes necessary to sharpen)

Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it.
Add copyright info. Merge visible.

Open template - demete credit -  image canvas size 680 - 650


Highlight

Background – select all - open paper 8 – Paste into selection – select none - apply the mask – layers merge group
Copy of shape - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 10 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Do the same action with shape & both rounded edge rectangle
Rectangle - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 9 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Bottom large rounded edge rectangle - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 11 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add noise - add drop shadow
Do the same action with large top rounded edge rectangle
Circle - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 1 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Thin rectangle - select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 2 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow

Open elements and resize (if needed):
Never work on the original design - always shift D
(Be careful when you resize or rotate it is sometimes necessary to sharpen)
Open Port hole - paste as new layer –click inside the frame with magic wandt – selection modify expand 3 – open paper 1 – paste as new layer – selection invert – delete – layer arrange move down – add drop shadow on frame – open label 2 – resize width 390 – copy and paste as new layer
Merge this 3 layers resize width 250
Life preserver – original size
Label 1 – width 400
Ship – width 300 – image mirror
Captain hat – original size – rotate free right 25°
Bow 1 – width 250
Bird – width 250
Bow 2 – width 250
Flower 2 – width 200
Waves – width 500
Ribbon 1 – original size
Anchor – width 300 – rotate free left 25°
Word art 1 – width 400
 Place all items (look at my tag for example)
Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it.
Add copyright info. Merge visible.
Add your name
Save as png or jpg.
