Mask of choice
Drop shadow: 2 - 2 – 60 – 7
Lets get started…..!
Open template – shift D - image canvas size 600 x 600 center - delete credit,
candy cane 1 & 2, diamond layer, word art
Highlight
Background- select all –
open paper 4 – copy & paste into selection – select none – apply the mask –
layers merge group
Square 2 - select all –
selection float – defloat - open paper 10 – copy & paste as new layer –
selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Do the same action with square
1
Circle 2 - select all –
selection float – defloat - open paper 8 – copy & paste as new layer –
selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Do the same action with Circle
1
Rect. – select all –
float – defloat – flood file with a nice gradient – select none – add drop
shadow
Do the same with thin
rectangle
Layers merge visible
Open
elements and resize (if needed):
Never work on the original design - always
shift D
(Be careful when you resize or
rotate it is sometimes
necessary to sharpen)
Ornament border –
original size
Lighted tree – original size
Lighted santa – width 300
Snowman – original size
Bells 1 – width 150
Puppy N Box – width 200
Letter to Santa – width 100
– image rotate free left 20°
Candy cane – width 100
Gift – width 150
Gift 1 – width 150
Place all items (look at
my tag for example)
Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it.
Add copyright info. Merge visible.
Add your name and you can give a little Inner bevel
Save as png or jpg.

Open template – shift D – resize width 550- image canvas size 600 x 600
center - delete credit, all the heart layers
Highlight
Background- select all –
open paper 1 – copy & paste into selection – select none – apply the mask –
layers merge group
Top right square dots–
adjust – color balance – manual color correction – from grey to pink
Do the same action with
bottom left square dots
Top right square -
select all – selection float – defloat - open paper 3 – copy & paste as new
layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
Do the same action with
bottom left square
Top left circle - select
all – selection float – defloat - open paper 3 (dark pink) – copy & paste
as new layer – selection invert – delete – add drop shadow
