Batter Up

This
tutorial requires a good knowledge of PSP
Supplies Needed:
PSP
Tube of choice. I’m
using “Batter Up” from Scott Blair
You may not use this
without licence
You can find the tube on
PTE
PTU scrap kit “Batter Up” from Designs by Sarah Bryan
Mask 11 from Horse Play’s Pasture
Drop shadow: 2 - 2 – 60 – 5
Font: Comic Strip
Lets get started…..!
Open a new layer 600 X 600 – select all - Open paper 13 – paste into
selection – select none – apply the mask – layers merge group
Open fence – copy and paste as new layer
Open print 1 – paste on the top from layer – duplicate – image mirror –
image flip
Open frame 5 – C/P as new layer – resize 95 % - image rotate free left
20° - click inside the frame with magic wand – selection modify – expand 3 - open paper 11 – shift D – resize width 550 –
copy & paste as new layer – selection invert delete – layer arrange – move down – add drop
shadow on frame
Open frame 4 – copy & paste as new layer – click inside the frame
with magic wand tool – selection modify – expand 3 – open paper 9 – shift D –
resize width 550 – copy & paste as new layer – selection invert – delete –
layer arrange – move down – add drop shadow on frame
Open
elements and resize (if needed):
Never work on the original design - always
shift D
(Be careful when you resize or
rotate it is sometimes
necessary to sharpen)
Field –width 450
Mitt – width 100
Cracker jack box – width 250 – image rotate free left 20°
Hot dog – width 180
Pop – width 130
Beads – width 120 – duplicate – image mirror
Flower – width 200
Bow 6 – width 300
Bow 5 – width 350 – adjust – color balance – manual color correction –
choice a color from you tube – image rotate free right 30°
Place all items (look at
my tag for example)
Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it.
Add copyright info. Merge visible.
I resize mine width 520
Save as png or jpg.
